Body and Paint Marketing Assistant - Manila

The Body and Paint Marketing Assistant is primarily responsible for generating repair referrals by coordinating with offsite accredited insurance providers. This role acts as a crucial liaison between insurance companies and customers, managing the Letter of Authority (LOA) processing, monitoring approval status, and ensuring smooth communication.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and generate marketing and sales leads to increase repair referrals.
• Coordinate with offsite accredited insurance providers to facilitate repair referrals.
• Act as a liaison between insurance providers and customers regarding LOA processing, status updates, and approvals.
• Assist customers with insurance claims processes and inquiries.
• Handle customer communications professionally to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage reports related to marketing efforts, referrals, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Automotive, or related fields.
• Prior experience in automotive marketing, insurance coordination, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Knowledge of automotive body repair and paint services is a plus.
