About the role
Yakult Philippines Incorporated seeks an Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Ermita, Manila. As Accounting Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and supervise the work of the staffs. Prepare and analyze financial reports. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing- Supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting supervisory - but if qualified but no supervisory experience are still welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA certification is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office suite
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (Onsite)
