Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review and prepare affidavits, correspondences, and other basic legal documents
- Liaise with government agencies (e.g. SEC, BIR, LGU) in applications for permits, license, certifications, registrations, and other compliance
- Coordinate with other departments in the organization
- Research laws, jurisprudence, and other legal articles
- Perform other administrative, clerical and other tasks
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor
- With at least one (1) year of work experience
- Computer literate
- With strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- With good communication and interpersonal relation skills
- Willing to be deployed in Rockwell, Makati City
