Equipment Control Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

The Equipment Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s equipment and asset inventory. This role ensures accurate tracking, proper utilization, and accountability of all equipment through effective monitoring systems, coordination with relevant departments, and implementation of control procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and monitor all equipment and asset inventory.
• Track the movement, issuance, and return of equipment across departments.
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure proper handling and availability of equipment.
• Implement and enforce equipment control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and physical counts.
• Investigate discrepancies, losses, or damages and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper utilization and prevent misuse of company equipment.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, usage, and variances.
• Recommend improvements to inventory systems and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in inventory control, asset management, or warehouse supervision.
• Strong organizational and monitoring skills.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
