What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments, disabilities, or movement dysfunction
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercises, and pain management techniques
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of BS Therapy; with valid PRC license

Experience/Knowledge:

• 1–2 years’ experience as Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities

Traits:

• Compassionate communicator with good written and verbal skills
• Quick learner and adaptable in a high-volume, fast-paced clinic environment
• Customer-service oriented and professional when handling patient concerns
• Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)
