Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, monitor rehabilitation progress, and educate patients on proper home exercise programs.You will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and professional standards.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
- Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy, rehabilitation, anatomy, and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or sports medicine setting is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to undergo training and continuous professional development.
