About the Role
Are you an experienced Event Project Manager seeking an exciting new challenge? In this full-time position, you will oversee the successful delivery of our marketing and promotional events.
What you'll be doing- Manage end-to-end projects for marketing events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to project teams
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the advertising, events, or marketing industries
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
