Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across sales, operations, supply chain, and finance.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and analyze data from sales, operations, inventory, and financial systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor and evaluate departmental and organizational performance (ex. sales performance, demand trends, production efficiency)
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to define data needs
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics (FMCG or manufacturing is a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of statistical programming (Python, R) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Open to a 5-day compressed workweek (48 hours/week) and onsite work at our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City.
