Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Master Data Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of pricing data processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain pricing master data on a daily basis with a high level of accuracy
- Ensure all pricing updates and changes follow established approval protocols
- Upload and validate pricing files, resolving discrepancies with relevant stakeholders
- Support the development of automated and user-friendly data management processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements (including SOX)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address pricing-related inquiries and requests
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation initiatives
- Assist in training team members and maintaining updated process documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Experience in a multinational finance or accounting environment is an advantage
- Strong background in data management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Customer-focused with a collaborative mindset
- Demonstrates initiative and a continuous improvement approach
