Business Development Associate (Field Sales)

We pioneer innovative communication products like NetEdge - the first Push-to-Talk (PoC) Radio as a Service (RaaS) in the Philippines.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Associate (Field Sales) to help grow our customer base and strengthen market presence through direct, on-the-ground sales execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face selling, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Business- Identify and develop new clients within your assigned territory
- Conduct in-person visits, discovery meetings, and presentations
- Attend industry events to generate leads and build visibility
- Deliver on-site product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Present value-based solutions aligned with customer goals
- Customize proposals based on client requirements and budget
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within guidelines
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle until deal closure and turnover
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify upselling and repeat business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity logs
- Provide pipeline updates, forecasts, and field reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in sales or related customer-facing roles
- Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in reporting
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
