Project Manager (Globe CSP Project) - Telecom

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the entire engineering process for new site builds, site expansions, and SWAP site projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
2. Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party partners, fostering collaboration and resolving any issues that may arise during execution.
4. Be accountable for site acceptance SLAs, ensuring all deliverables meet contractual requirements and client expectations.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
6. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in managing communication projects, with a focus on site construction, expansion, or SWAP initiatives.
3. Proven track record in third-party vendor management, including negotiation, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
4. Strong understanding of site acceptance SLAs and experience in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
5. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
6. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
