Your Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within a Scrum or Agile environment, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery across cross-functional teams by managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and goals
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Balance delivery commitments, scope, and business value through effective prioritization and trade-offs
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Lead stakeholder meetings to review progress, address risks, and align on priorities
- Manage vendor coordination and ensure delivery alignment when applicable
- At least 4 years of experience in managing Agile software delivery projects (IT, software development, or related fields)
- Hands-on experience in Scrum or Agile environments, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management
- Proven track record in backlog ownership, requirements definition, and prioritization
- Strong ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Results-driven mindset with strong attention to delivery quality and business value
