Business Development Manager (Sales Channels)
CastleKeep Holdings, the holdings company of Skygo Marketing Corporation, and several other business units, is looking for a highly strategic and relationship-driven Business Development Manager for Sales Channels who will help grow and sustain customer acquisition channels nationwide.
About the Role- This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build scalable sales ecosystems, develop strong partner relationships, and create acquisition systems that generate measurable business growth.
- The role goes beyond traditional sales management. The Business Development Manager will focus on strengthening existing channels such as the IBP Network while also developing emerging customer acquisition channels including online acquisition, referral systems, partnerships, and community-based programs.
- Growing and sustaining nationwide sales channels
- Increasing customer acquisition through structured systems and partnerships
- Improving recruitment, activation, and retention of channel members
- Creating scalable lead acquisition and conversion frameworks
- Using analytics and CRM insights to improve acquisition performance Launching new acquisition initiatives that can scale nationally
- Lead the growth and sustainability of the IBP Network and assigned sales channels
- Develop recruitment and activation programs for channel partners
- Design and improve customer acquisition systems and lead conversion workflows
- Develop alternative sales channels including online acquisition, referral ecosystems, partnerships, and community-based selling
- Monitor channel performance, acquisition trends, and conversion analytics
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Financing, and Branch Teams to ensure successful execution of channel programs
- Recommend scalable acquisition strategies based on data and market opportunities
- Provide channel governance, standards, and KPI visibility nationwide
- Strong experience in business development, sales channel management, or customer acquisition
- Experience handling agency-based, affiliate-based, dealer-based, or relationship-driven sales environments is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment, activation, and sales productivity systems
- Ability to design scalable frameworks rather than rely solely on direct supervision
- Strong relationship management and strategic planning skills
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales and acquisition data
- Experience in insurance, automotive, financing, FMCG, telecommunications, or similar industries is an advantage
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments nationwide
