We are looking for trustworthy, detail-oriented, and experienced professionals to join in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija. We are currently hiring for five (5) open positions across three specialized functions.

Finance Assistant (1 Open Slot)

Education: Graduate of Finance or any finance-related courses.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in end-to-end finance processes.
Key Duty: Must be willing to do occasional field activities (e.g., bank transactions).

Accounting Assistant (2 Open Slots)

Education: Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Accounting Information System, or related courses.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in end-to-end accounting processes.
Advantage: Experience in BIR compliance, bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and Financial Statement (FS) preparation is a major plus.

Billing Assistant (2 Open Slots)

Education: Graduate of any 4-year college degree.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in end-to-end billing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required for All Roles):

At least 1 year of relevant work experience is strictly required.
Good computer literacy (MS Excel/Word).
Keen attention to detail and highly organized.
Honest, trustworthy, and possessing strong integrity.
Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and work effectively in a team environment.
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija.
