Is currently looking for:

COMPUTER TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

• Install and manage workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices, such as routers, printers, and so on
• Monitor computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboard, etc.) to ensure its normal performance
• Build and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Oversee the security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Support users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Detect, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Keep records and logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules
• Detect computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
• Knowledgeable in CCTV systems installation, repair, and maintenance

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication ability
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Certification as an IT Technician will be an advantage
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Has a valid driver's license
