About the role

Seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives for motorcycles. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our extensive range of motorcycle products, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

1. Proactively engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored recommendations on our motorcycle products
2. Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our motorcycles to customers
3. Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to finalising the purchase
4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product range, pricing, and any ongoing promotions or offers
5. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
6. Provide excellent post-sales customer support and follow-up
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

1. Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
3. Enthusiasm and a passion for motorcycles and providing exceptional customer service
4. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
6. Demonstrable sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and close sales
7. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
