- The Tech Sales is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s technology solutions while also providing technical support to clients. This role combines sales skills with technical knowledge, ensuring clients understand how our products and services meet their needs. The representative should be confident in conducting product demos, client presentations, and basic troubleshooting while building strong relationships to drive sales growth.
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through leads, networking, and referrals.
o Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients.
o Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting before and after sales.
o Develop a solid understanding of company solutions to explain features and benefits clearly.
o Work with technical and product teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions.
o Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
o Maintain and strengthen client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
o Maintain accurate sales and support records in the CRM system.
Qualifications/Requirements
o Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.o Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or technical support with client interaction is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
o Strong knowledge of technical solutions and ability to match them with client needs.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Skilled in demos and able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients.
o Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software.
o Results-driven with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
