Area Operations Supervisor - Iloilo Area

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales performance, profitability, and operational efficiency across assigned stores.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and operational reports and implement action plans for improvement.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store-In-Charge (SICs) and store teams through training, performance management, and regular communication.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve operational or customer concerns.
• Manage compliance with permits, labor laws, safety regulations, and company requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, HR, mall administration, and other stakeholders for operational support.
• Support business expansion, store improvements, repairs, renovations, and promotional activities.
• Review and endorse operational, personnel, and compliance-related requests and recommendations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in retail or multi-store operations.
• Strong background in sales management, retail operations, inventory control, and team leadership.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and prioritize operational requirements effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Skilled in interpreting sales data and creating action plans to improve business performance.
• Good communication, organizational, and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, operational reporting, and inventory management.
