About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will oversee and lead financial operations across multiple CBTW entities in Singapore, Australia, Philippines, India, and Hong Kong—supporting a total regional headcount of 150 employees. You will manage a team of 4 accountants, ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and contribute to strategic decision-making.This position reports directly to the APAC Finance Leader.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial reporting, general ledger review, and tax compliance for multiple APAC entities
- Manage intercompany transactions, payables/receivables, and banking activities
- Lead audit coordination, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
- Supervise and mentor a team of 4 accounting professionals
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other local government agencies
- Collaborate with project and business managers on client contracts and timesheet management
- Drive process improvement and ERP system enhancements
- Provide meaningful financial insights to senior management to support business decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven experience with multi-entity and international financial operations
- Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and tax regulations, including Philippine compliance.
- Experience in coordinating audits and managing payroll processes
