Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for providing support to the General Manager in accordance with the company policies and procedures most specially in accounts receivables and payable, maintaining records, prepares follow-up action.

Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited):

• Responsible for timely preparation of Financial Statements with corresponding analysis and schedules
• Prepare monthly closing and adjusting entries
• Responsible for timely and accurate preparation, filing and/or payment of required/applicable taxes and other reportorial requirements by BIR, Municipality, and Securities & Exchange Commission
• Oversee and perform Billing and Collection and Disbursement functions
• Prepare weekly/monthly bank reconciliation statements
• Manage Payroll and other government contributions of employees
• Assist General Manager in preparation of annual budget
• Coaching of accounting assistant
• Other related tasks as needed

Requirements/qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy/BS Major in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• With 10 years working experience in the field
• With supervisory experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Highly regarded with experience in real estate
• Willing to work in Quezon City
• Willing to work onsite from Monday – Friday 8 am-6 pm at Quezon City Office
