Regional Sales Manager(Infant Formula South luzon )
We are seeking professionals with experience in infant nutrition, baby milk, or mother and baby care products to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team (sales supervisors, medical reps, trade marketers, etc.).
Provide hands-on coaching, setting clear KPIs and ensuring daily sales discipline and productivity.
Monitor team performance and take action to address underperformance.- Channel Development & Distributor Management
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with regional distributors and key trade partners.
Regularly assess distributor performance, inventory health, and DB compliance with company policy.
Support DBs in sales forecasting, sales team structuring, and route-to-market optimization- Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets, including volume, value, and new outlet penetration.
Lead the implementation of trade promotions and visibility activities in key retail and pharmacy outlets.
Monitor competitive activity and adapt sales strategy accordingly.- Market Development & Brand Building
Work closely with marketing and medical teams to execute brand-building activities in the region.
Provide insights into local market trends, customer behavior, and competitor movements.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and internal guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of FMCG experience, preferably in infant nutrition, milk(necessary requeirement)
- Experience managing regional DBs and leading a multi-layered sales team
- Strong negotiation, execution, and analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset; can adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment
- Excellent communication in English and local dialects
- Preferred Advantage:
Experience launching new brands or handling new region setups
Background in both general trade and modern trade channels
Knowledge of EO51 and relevant local regulatory standards (if applicable for medical channel)
