The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This role assists with recruitment, employee records, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations to ensure the department runs efficiently and complies with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding materials.
- Maintain and update employee records, both in digital and physical formats.
- Assist in payroll processing by collecting and validating attendance data.
- Help facilitate employee benefits enrollment and respond to basic inquiries.
- Coordinate training sessions, employee activities, and performance evaluations.
- Support in filing and maintaining HR documents and compliance reports.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, company memos, and notices.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HRIS tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Work Environment:- Office-based with occasional fieldwork or coordination with other departments and government agencies.
