Qualifications:
- College level
- Not more than 35 years old
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in Housekeeping and Maintenance Operations, preferably in hotels, restaurants, resorts, commercial establishments, or related industries
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, dependable, and results-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning and maintenance personnel in daily operations
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and proper upkeep of client facilities
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks
- Coordinate schedules, manpower deployment, and service requirements
- Monitor equipment and maintenance needs
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company standards and safety procedures
