Cleaning & Maintenance Services Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning & Maintenance Services Manager to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Male, not more than 40 years old
- College graduate
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Housekeeping and Maintenance Operations, preferably in hotels, restaurants, resorts, commercial establishments, or related industries
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office and related applications)
- Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Sales or Marketing experience/background is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage housekeeping and maintenance operations
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of facilities and equipment
- Supervise and train housekeeping and maintenance personnel
- Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinate with clients and management to ensure quality service delivery
- Assist in business development and client relationship management activities
