As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will provide financial insights and strategic support to key business units, delivering performance-enhancing analysis and partnering with leadership to shape commercial outcomes. - CPA or CA qualified
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a commercially focused capacity
- Experience working for an Australian-based company (preferred)
- Analysis, modelling, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Experience in NetSuite (highly preferred)
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong initiative, ownership mindset, and team player attitude
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis competency
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and stakeholder management
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or other planning tools (highly desirable)
- Lead month-end close processes including journal preparation and variance analysis
- Support the delivery of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Promote operational efficiency through continuous improvement
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly financial reports and ad hoc analyses
- Model new initiatives and support financially viable strategies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory controls
- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities
- Provide cost modeling, deep dives, and transactional support
- Adapt to dynamic business requirements and evolving priorities
- Contribute to team collaboration and company culture
