Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

• Design and update training materials, labs, and assessments for technical courses

aligned with NCS’ services.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences

including developers, engineers, consultants, and clients.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure training

content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with partners, clients, solution architects, and client service teams to

align training with use cases and client needs.

Evaluation & Feedback:

• Assess learner performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve training

effectiveness.

Mentorship & Support:

• Provide guidance and support to learners, fostering a growth mindset and

technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academia (e.g., teaching, curriculum

• Proven experience in a tech solutioning company or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Javascript and other cloud platforms,

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud,

Cisco, etc.) are advantageous.
