About the role
As a Sales Agent at Wonderzyme Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, and involves engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and securing sales opportunities.
What you'll be doing- Identifying and targeting potential customers within your designated territory or industry
- Conducting needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points
- Presenting Wonderzyme's products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed your individual sales targets
- Maintaining and expanding your client portfolio through ongoing relationship management
- Collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional activities
- Providing feedback and insights to the sales and product teams to inform strategy and development
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation, with the capacity to understand and address customer needs
- Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, marketing, or a related field are preferred
