- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Present products/services effectively and close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Accurately update CRM systems and reports
✅ Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is required
- Experience handling a UK account is a strong advantage
- Background in finance is a plus
- Background in social media or digital engagement is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
