AREA MANAGER
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and manage all Mindanao branches of Autoglass.Ph., Inc. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer and partner relationships, ensuring smooth branch and warehouse operations, and maintaining alignment with company goals and standards.
The Area Manager plays a vital role in expanding the company’s market presence, improving operational performance, and leading teams toward success across the Mindanao area.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- With warehousing or inventory management experience
- Strong decision-making skills in operations and sales management
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of leading and motivating teams
- Willing to travel within Mindanao
- With valid driver’s license and knows how to drive
