Job Summary
Join our growing team as an Area Sales Manager responsible for managing multiple service locations across Mindanao. This role focuses on maximizing sales opportunities, strengthening operational execution, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing local leadership teams.The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, performance-driven, and capable of managing geographically dispersed operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute area-wide sales initiatives to achieve revenue, productivity, and profitability goals.
- Monitor location performance and implement action plans to address sales and operational gaps.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operating procedures.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate store performance, customer experience, and team effectiveness.
- Drive service excellence by monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements.
- Coach, mentor, and support Service Leaders to build strong and capable teams.
- Review business reports and provide recommendations to improve sales, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support operational requirements and business objectives.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, service, or customer-focused industries.
- Experience managing multiple branches or locations is preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and operational improvements.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across Mindanao.
