Customer Service Representative – Legal Intake Specialist (Sales-Oriented)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Legal Intake Specialist to join our growing US-based law firm support team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, gathering case information, and helping prospective clients take the next steps in the legal process.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills who are comfortable speaking with clients and managing high-volume communications.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential clients
- Conduct client intake interviews and gather relevant case information
- Qualify leads based on established criteria
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication
- Schedule consultations and appointments
- Accurately document client information in the firm's CRM and case management systems
- Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Meet performance metrics related to lead conversion, follow-up, and client engagement
- At least 1 year of sales experience required
- Cold calling experience is highly preferred
- Experience in BPO, lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and customer service skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and achieving performance targets
- Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Full-time onsite position
