Warehouse Logistics Manager

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain roles within a similar industry.
• Prior experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes.

Technical and Skills Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Familiarity with Philippine regulations related to warehousing, customs, and import/export operations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze logistics data and optimize warehouse operations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).
• Safety certifications such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or equivalent Filipino safety standards.

Additional Qualities:

• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of local logistics providers and freight forwarding services in the Philippines.
