Digital Learning Designer | E-Learning & Multimedia Specialist

Job Description

• Create professional and engaging digital learning modules from a storyboard, template, or similar instructions.
• Maintain and work to a consistent standardised look and feel to produce effective, learner-focused content.
• Understand and follow consistency and brand guidelines and execute them successfully in practice.
• Consult key stakeholders such as subject matter experts, operation teams, Training leads and the rest of the Digital Design Team to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
• Work with the Training Delivery team to review, update and amend modules where necessary.
• Write scripts that are grammatically accurate, well-articulated and follow an instructive but friendly tone.
• Capture and record audio/video material using appropriate recording technology and devices.
• Seek and achieve sign-off of modules and content from relevant stakeholders.
• Be skilled at reviewing, assessing, and testing content produced by both you and your peers.
• Review feedback and make accurate amendments to improve outputs.
• Communicate effectively and work positively with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high standards.

• Passionate and skilled in design and creative flair with great attention to detail.
• An ability to quickly learn how to use new systems and industry-leading software with ease.
• Confidently work well individually and as part of a team and show a strong self-motivated approach to work.
• Resilience and the ability to respond positively to feedback, but also be able to challenge feedback in a constructive way.
• Effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (predominantly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate Storyline 360 products
