Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dependable Bank Staff - Loan Processor (Associate Level) to support day-to-day branch activities. The role involves assisting clients, facilitating loan-related transactions, and ensuring smooth operational processes within the branch.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to walk-in clients and help maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare, review, and complete documents related to loan releases
Facilitate loan disbursement transactions in compliance with internal guidelines
Cross-selling of the bank's loan/savings products to potential and existing customers
Safeguard and reconcile the branch petty cash fund and related records
Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course; background in Banking or Finance is an advantage
At least one (1) year of experience in a banking or financial institution
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Reliable, service-oriented, and willing to learn
Available to start immediately
