We are looking for an IE Supervisor! He/She is responsible for job assignments from the customer or IE manager. Need to coach and guide team members to do analysis about data and provide sufficient suggestions and reports to the requested department.Well-documented improvement projects are conducted systematically using standard reports for the duration and closure of the project. All information shall be cascaded according to the applicability and levels in the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any engineering course
- Expert in Engineering and production-related experience for at least two (2) years
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiar with the manufacturing process in the responsible area
- Ability to set target, drive results and train the members
