About the role
Join our growing team at RTPE as an HR Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR department. Based in our office in Makati City Metro Manila, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and supporting our valued employees.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit procedures
- Maintaining employee records and updating the HRIS system
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Providing support for payroll and benefits administration
- Responding to employee queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team
- Major in Human Resource or Psychology
- With experience (1-2 years, could be an HR intern)
- Preferably residing in Makati (Taguig, Pasig)
- Preferably female
- 20-30 years old
