Fusion CX is hiring experienced Back Office Non-Voice BPO Associates to support cruise booking operations, backend customer servicing, reservation updates, and travel documentation processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process cruise booking requests, cancellations, rebookings, and refunds
  • Handle customer concerns through email and ticketing systems
  • Review passenger details, travel documents, and reservation accuracy
  • Coordinate with cruise line partners and internal teams for issue resolution
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years BPO experience
  • Experience in travel, hotel, hospitality, airline, or cruise accounts is highly preferred
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/ticketing systems
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with travel booking or reservation systems
  • Experience handling email or chat support queues
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
