What is the job?

The Back-Office Support is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the New Business Development (NBD) team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates project details to ensure smooth execution and sponsor satisfaction
  • Organizes timelines and manages multiple projects efficiently
  • Supports business development teams with administrative tasks and follow-ups
  • Develops and maintains filing systems and reporting dashboards
  • Reviews and validates contracts, reports, and team outputs
  • Serves as escalation point for data discrepancies, reporting issues, and process gaps

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin, or Virtual Assistant.
  • Experience in administrative or assistant roles, showcasing competence and reliability.
  • Knowledge of office equipment operations, clerical and administrative procedures, filing, record-keeping, data reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other tools.
