As part of this, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives for Vision Express.
This role sits under Channel Marketing, focusing on promotions, retail activations, and brand execution across stores and trade channels.

Job Summary
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, strong brand alignment, and measurable business impact.
Qualifications- Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City (Preferably residing in Makati or nearby areas).
- Preferably available to start ASAP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia, or related field.
- With 3–4 years of relevant work experience in retail marketing.
- Strong skills in multi-channel marketing communications, especially copywriting.
- Strong time management, organization, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge in market research, analysis, and campaign reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, fashion brands, and industry trends.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Identify and recommend ATL and BTL marketing opportunities to support sales objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives (including GWP, activations, and product launches).
- Create and coordinate content and marketing collaterals with the creatives team, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and partner requirements.
- Track sales performance and align marketing initiatives to business results.
- Prepare campaign reports and post-mortem analysis to evaluate effectiveness and improve future initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, trade partners, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g., DTI, ASC) for approvals of marketing promotions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across all channels and touchpoints.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the marketing team.
