Position Summary
The Senior Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the full spectrum of marketing and communications activities for Legrand/Bticino Philippines, driving brand awareness, partner engagement, and sales enablement across all channels.Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the role serves as the single point of accountability for brand stewardship, digital presence, trade marketing, and corporate communications in the Philippines market. The incumbent works closely with the regional SEA marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with Group strategy, delivered to a high standard, and measured for effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Communications Strategy- Develop and execute the annual marketing and communications plan aligned to the Philippines business strategy and Legrand Group brand guidelines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications, materials, and channels in compliance with Legrand Group standards.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategy and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop & Manage products ranges & solutions based on market needs , product availability & local compliance.
- Ensure pricing database (SRP) accuracy and published internally and externally
- Manage & coordinate with logistic team all supply chain parameters including but not limited to safety stock , forecast and exceptional demand.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategy and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop, localize, and manage catalogues, brochures, product sheets, and other marketing materials based on business needs and regional direction.
- Create and maintain sales support tools and communication assets for easy access by the sales and technical teams.
- Manage translation, adaptation, and localization of Group-level marketing assets for the Philippine market.
- Maintain and develop the Legrand/Bticino Philippines website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and SEO performance.
- Develop and execute the social media communications plan across relevant platforms, primarily LinkedIn, to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor digital channel performance and prepare periodic reports with recommendations for content improvement.
- Support trade and DIY partners with co-branded marketing initiatives including point-of-sale materials, displays, and campaign communication.
- Coordinate with distributors and retail partners to ensure brand standards are maintained at point of sale and in partner-managed channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product launches, trade exhibitions, customer events, and internal company events aligned to business objectives.
- Source and manage event vendors, agencies, and suppliers through competitive quote process (minimum 3 quotes) to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Support CSR, CX, and community initiatives as part of the Legrand Group CSR Roadmap.
- Prepare and submit required regional and Group marketing reports accurately and on time.
- Manage the marketing budget, track expenditure, and provide periodic variance analysis against approved budget.
- Coordinate with local and regional teams on cross-functional initiatives requiring marketing and communications input.
- Assist with additional duties as required by manager; comply with all internal policies and procedures.
- Cooperate with management to ensure a safe workplace and comply with all HSE instructions and initiatives.
- Work safely; use and maintain equipment properly; obey all site safety rules and safe work procedures.
- Wear prescribed safety equipment when required; identify and report hazards immediately to supervisor.
- Report incidents and accidents by completing the Incident Report form within the required timeframe.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education & Experience- Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Required: Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Business Administration, marketing, brand management, or communications, preferably in a multinational environment
- Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing.
- Preferred: Exposure to regional marketing structures and Group-level brand governance frameworks
- Required: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools
- Required: Competence in digital marketing tools — social media management platforms, Google Analytics, email marketing
- Required: Strong copywriting and content creation skills in English (written and spoken)
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of CMS platforms and SEO best practices
- Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems for budget tracking
- Brand stewardship — champions brand integrity across all channels and touchpoints
- Project management — manages multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Stakeholder engagement — communicates clearly with internal teams, partners, and agencies
