About the role
We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation /Multiplast Corporation'. In this full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and nurturing key client relationships across the Visayas region.Your strategic leadership and exceptional account management skills will be crucial in achieving our ambitious sales targets and expanding our market presence.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and deepen existing client relationships
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners and industry influencers
- Analysing market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to inform sales plans and drive innovative solutions
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations and other teams to deliver integrated sales and account management programs
- Mentoring and leading a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets through effective planning, forecasting and execution
- Substantial sales experience, ideally 5+ years in a related industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders
- Demonstrated team leadership and coaching experience, with a passion for developing high-performing sales teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field is preferred
