The Sales Personnel is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service. The role requires product knowledge in gadgets, technology, mobile devices, computers, and accessories to effectively recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases
Promote and sell gadgets, laptops, mobile phones, computer accessories, and other technology-related productsProvide accurate information regarding product specifications, features, compatibility, and pricing
Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper display of products in the store
Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment when necessary
Stay updated on current technology trends, new gadgets, and product releases
Achieve individual and branch sales targets
Handle customer concerns and provide excellent after-sales support when needed
Follow company policies, procedures, and sales standards
Qualifications: At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level
With experience in retail sales is an advantageKnowledgeable about gadgets, mobile phones, laptops, computer parts, accessories, and current technology trends
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-driven, hardworking, and trustworthy
Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
