Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell products to business clients. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales and marketing, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and close sales.

This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage client accounts while contributing to the company's sales growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing business clients.
  • Promote and sell company products to customers in the B2B market.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales activities.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience selling products to corporate or business clients.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience handling industrial, technical, safety, engineering, or business products.
  • Established network of corporate clients and business contacts.
