Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Sales Representative to support the growth of our HVAC business throughout the Cebu, Philippines. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client partnerships, and delivering sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities- Drive business development activities to increase HVAC market presence in the Philippines.
- Prepare and execute strategic sales plans that define goals, timelines, required resources, and action steps to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
- Review and assess existing customer accounts to identify opportunities for retention, expansion, and increased customer engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to communicate the features and advantages of HVAC solutions.
- Attend client consultations and technical discussions to provide recommendations and address project-related concerns.
- Visit project sites as necessary to monitor progress and ensure customer requirements are being fulfilled.
- Develop and recommend HVAC system solutions that align with client needs and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company sales standards, procedures, and policies related to HVAC products and services.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing programs that support business growth and market visibility.
- Monitor sales results on a monthly basis and take appropriate actions to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, within the HVAC industry.
- In-depth understanding of HVAC products, systems, and industry practices.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer landscape is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate individuals and teams toward achieving business objectives.
