Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff behavior, and customer intake processes.
- Schedule staff to ensure adequate store coverage based on operational needs.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle staff disputes professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales, inventory, and customer reports.
- Monitor and manage inventory by maintaining records of on-hand stock and ordering replacement items as needed.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales management, preferably from a retail sales company.
- Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and well-networked.
- Highly motivated with a pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates strong personal and ethical behavior, with the ability to manage and lead employees effectively.
- Available for immediate hiring.
