Salary: ₱22,000 – ₱27,000 + performance incentives

DNAND is a startup brand focused on trending, affordable products sourced internationally. Our goal is to scale through TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada by combining high-volume content with strong e-commerce execution.

Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who can grow DNAND across TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. You’ll handle both content production (3–4 videos/day) and platform optimization to drive traffic and sales.

This role is for someone who understands that content = traffic, and platforms = conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post 3–4 short-form videos daily
• Research trends, viral formats, and competitor content
• Develop hooks, scripts, and product angles
• Shoot and edit videos (fast turnaround using mobile tools)
• Analyze performance and iterate quickly

• Upload and optimize product listings (titles, keywords, images, descriptions)
• Manage pricing, bundles, and promotions
• Monitor store performance (traffic, conversion, sales)
• Coordinate campaigns (vouchers, flash deals, platform promos)
• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews (as needed)

• Experience in TikTok content creation OR Shopee/Lazada management
• Strong understanding of viral content and/or e-commerce selling
• Skilled in mobile video editing (CapCut or similar)
• Organized and results-driven
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
• Bonus: Experience in TikTok Shop or live selling

• Someone who thinks like a seller, not just a creator
• Obsessed with improving views → clicks → conversions
• Fast executor — can produce and adapt daily
• Comfortable in a startup environment (trial-and-error)
