• Manage and respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Present, promote, and effectively explain company products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
• Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism, even under pressure.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-through on all sales-related transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• With 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and standard communication tools.
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn with minimal supervision.
