We're Hiring: US Medical Billing Specialist – Virtual Assistant

• Qualifications (Strict Requirement):
• Minimum of 2 years end-to-end experience in medical billing
• Specialization in Pain Management, Anesthesia, or Mental & Behavioral Health is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Out-of-Network billing processes
• Proficient in medical coding, billing software, and reimbursement procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end billing tasks including charge entry, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management
• Handle Out-of-Network billing and ensure timely and accurate claim processing
• Collaborate with providers and insurance companies to resolve billing issues
• Stay current with industry updates, coding guidelines, and payer-specific regulations

• Solid grasp of medical terminology and coding systems
• Experience with major EMR and billing platforms
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Technical Setup:
• Reliable PC or laptop (Macbooks not allowed)
• Dual-monitor setup preferred
• Stable internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps
• Backup internet connection (pocket Wi-Fi or prepaid) acceptable
• Work Schedule & Compensation:
• Shift: Pacific Time (Graveyard Shift - PH time)
• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Rate: $4 USD per hour
