About the Role
You will lead and standardize cashier operations across all stores, ensuring accuracy, speed, compliance, and control in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding revenue, improving efficiency, and developing high-performing cashier teams nationwide.
What You’ll Do- Lead cashier operations across multiple high-volume restaurant outlets, ensuring accurate sales, cash handling, and POS transactions
- Drive daily financial control through monitoring of collections and reconciliations
- Optimize staffing, scheduling, and manpower productivity based on sales trends and peak hours
- Build and lead a strong cashier organization through hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Design and implement training and certification programs to ensure operational readiness and consistency
- Strengthen discount and promotional controls to prevent leakage and ensure compliance with regulations
- Develop and enforce standard cashier policies, SOPs, and internal controls across all brands
- Drive POS system improvements, automation, and integrations in partnership with IT and cross-functional teams
- Ensure full compliance with BIR requirements and lead audit processes, including cash counts and investigations
- Deliver insights through reporting and analytics to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall store performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Hospitality
- 5–8 years' experience in cashier or treasury operations (F&B, retail, or QSR preferred)
- 3–5 years leadership experience managing large teams in a restaurant or multi-unit environment
- Strong knowledge of cash management, POS systems, and BIR compliance
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
