Qualifications/Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Proven experience in a senior operations or business management role within a support office, shared services, or multi-function operational environment
  • Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, including at least 15 years in leadership roles managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with large clients and teams across APAC, LATAM, and Balkan regions.
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams to build long-term organizational capability
  • Solid understanding of operational systems, performance management, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environments
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with Australian-based leadership
  • High level of organizational skill, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in business systems (e.g., NetSuite, HRIS platforms, CRM systems) is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel internationally to strengthen global partnerships and attend industry events.
  • Flexible to work in shifting schedules.
What You'll Do Daily
  • Lead all operational functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and Australian department expectations
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of services across finance, administration, recruitment, HR, fleet, IT, sales, and marketing to ensure accurate, timely, and effective support for Australian operations
  • Standardize workflows, optimize internal processes, and implement reporting mechanisms to improve service reliability, transparency, and performance
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all support teams through clear performance expectations and values-based leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards across all teams
  • Act as the key operational liaison with Australian department heads, ensuring consistent communication, alignment on deliverables, and responsiveness to evolving business needs
  • Monitor workload distribution, capacity, and performance metrics to ensure resourcing meets the needs of Australian stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements to strengthen collaboration between global teams
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of global team members to build long-term capability, efficiency, and accountability
